The model integrates employee wellbeing, sustainable gifting, and corporate procurement — with up to 10% of net sales proceeds directed to a charity chosen by each decision-maker.

Babes - A Helping Hand for Pregnant Teens
Babes Pregnancy Crisis Support Ltd is a Singapore-based charity that empowers pregnant teenagers through non-judgemental support and access to essential services. Taking a person-centric approach, Babes ensures that young women are informed of their options and supported in making decisions that lead to the best possible outcomes during and beyond pregnancy.
From helpline support and case management to practical assistance, Babes walks alongside each teen so that no one has to face this journey alone. Beyond direct support, Babes’ advocacy and outreach efforts aim to improve reproductive health awareness and prevent unplanned teenage pregnancies.
Child Street at 11
Since 1999, Child at Street 11 has been enriching the lives of young children from under-resourced families through inclusive, joyful early-childhood education.
Based in Ang Mo Kio, they provide infant care, childcare, and after-school support, grounded in the Reggio Emilia philosophy — where children are seen as capable, creative learners whose voices truly matter.
With a need-blind admission policy and affordable fees, the centre ensures no child is turned away because of income. Beyond learning, they offer holistic care — from nutritious meals to rest and a nurturing space open daily from 7 am to 7 pm.
To date, over 1,140 children have grown through Street 11’s safe haven, making it a cherished community where every child has the chance to thrive.
Extra Ordinary People
Since 2017, Extra•Ordinary People has been stitching together hope, skills, and community for children and youths with special needs. Their magic lies in creative, play-based programmes like the Junior & Extra•Ordinary Campus, Creative Lab, and the newly launched Extra•Ordinary Music Company – all designed to build confidence, self-expression, and pathways to adulthood through the arts and vocational training.
In 2023-24, they kicked off Camp Extra•Ordinary, a 3-day adventure for post-18 youth, and formalised their music programme, giving participants a powerful outlet to learn, grow, and explore careers in the arts.
Beyond programmes, partnerships like the SG Enable I’mable Collective bring inclusive creations into the spotlight. It’s all about making sure no one’s left behind – and giving everyone a chance to shine through new partnerships like The Great Green Singapore Give.
KampungKakis
KampungKakis is a tech-powered neighbourhood network that matches isolated seniors with compassionate individuals in the community through a buddy system.
Additionally, they organise programmes like digital skills training to help seniors navigate community resources with confidence, as well as outings to support seniors’ physical and mental well-being.
Their mission is to reignite the kampung spirit by building a caring and self-sustaining network that alleviates senior isolation, in the hopes of a Singapore where no senior is left behind.
